Stacy L. Harp
Stacy Lynn Harp, M.S. is the Founder & President of Active Christian Media, an organization originating from Orange, California. Stacy has been involved in the fight for the pre-born for over twenty years, and in recent years has spent time advocating for strong marriages between one man and one woman, politically being involved in both the Prop. 22 and Prop 8 campaigns.
She is extremely passionate about educating Christians about what is going on in society from a complete biblical worldview. Despite her training as a marriage and family therapist, Stacy believes that the answers are in the Word of God, not psychology. In early 2010 after completing over 3000 hours of clinical training, Stacy made the decision to not become a licensed marriage and family therapist because she could not compromise her biblical convictions and values and submit to the secular state counseling associations.
As a result, Stacy has a vision to bring Active Christian Media to the next level, with great media content, video programming, apologetics resources, prophecy updates and so much more.
Stacy has appeared as a guest on Changing Worldviews with Sharon Hughes, Faith 2 Action with Janet Porter, Take a Stand with Adam McManus, the Susanne La Frankie Show, Concerned Women for America show and the popular Fox News TV show Dayside.
Stacy has also blogged for the The Voice of the Martyrs Persecution blog for over 6 years and works with Chaplain Gordon James Klingenschmitt in exposing religious persecution that is taking place in America and abroad, through the Pray in Jesus Name Project.
Stacy has also been a guest speaker at numerous events, including the 2005 and 2006 GodBlogCon – which was spearheaded by Hugh Hewitt and the American Christian Schools International conference speaking on the subject of online safety and numerous counseling centers training professional therapists about online safety. She has also been invited to cover national events such as Justice Sunday III (Family Research Council), the first Blogs4Life, Future Quest Youth Conference and more.
Stacy earned a Masters of Science in clinical psychology from Vanguard University of Southern California, and an undergraduate degree in Human Development from Hope International University.
Stacy is available to speak at women’s events, bible studies and conferences. Stacy has been married over 19 years to her husband Randall and lives in Orange County.
